Another variation on a theme:
1 and a half avocadoes
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp dried corriander
Blend all in a blender
2 deseeded tomatoes
1 very small onion (about the size of a golf ball)
handful of spinach
Food process all into small pieces
Mix contents of blender and food processor together.
Chop up small bits of cauliflower and half some cherry tomatoes and add to the sauce. Serve with sprouted buckwheat.
